Jang Keun Suk makes SNSD’s Yoona cry on Love Rain

In the preview of KBS 2TV’s drama series Love Rain, Jang Keun Suk makes SNSD’s Yoona cry.

In the preview for the seventh episode of Love Rain that will air on April 16, Seo Jun (played by Jang Keun Suk) makes Jung Hana (played by Yoona) cry. It’s making the viewers curious because Seo is in love with Jung although they sometimes have quarrels.

Making biting remarks to Jung and making her cry, it’s tipped that Seo will captivate Yoona with cold eyes unlike the ones he showed at a spa in the last episode.

People responded: “Seo Jun’s a bad guy but he’s so attractive,” “I’m so curious about the next episode! I think there will be some kind of reversal,” “Jang Keun Suk’s gaze is so intense.”

The ratings of Love Rain are currently the lowest compared to the other drama series in the same time slot, but they don’t seem to increase any further.

Girls’ Generation appointed as ambassadors of Korea’s Retinitis Pigmentosa Society

On April 14th, Girls’ Generation‘s Sooyoung, Tiffany, Taeyeon, and Seohyun attended the ceremony of Korea’s Retinitis Pigmentosa Society and were appointed as new ambassadors for the association to help cure blindness.

Aside from the girls, Sooyoung’s father (shown in the photo) also attended the event as the association’s president, as he too, has problems with his eyesight.  Sooyoung’s father, Choi Jung Nam personally handed the ambassador certification to the girls at the ceremony.  Choi Jung Nam has been the president of this campaign since 2006.

Interestingly enough, netizens also took notice of Taeyeon’s petite figure as she stood by Sooyoung and Seohyun, who are one of the tallest members in the group.  Netizens felt sympathetic to her unfortunate situation and commented, “Hmm, you’re a head shorter than Sooyoung“, “Even if she raises her head as high as possible, she still lacks a lot of height“, and “She’s still beautiful nevertheless“.

A slow piano ballad, “I’ll Be Waiting” features a 24-part orchestral accompaniment of many of Korea’s top musicians. Produced by RARA-AVIS, the song has a wistful and romantic melody. As the youngest member of Girls’ Generation, Seohyun has always been universally perceived as sweet and adorable, but the nature of the song and its raw lyrics reveal the idol’s matured vocals.

Girls’ Generation Jessica’s unique way of holding chopsticks

Girls’ Generation member Jessica has been noticed for something completely unrelated to her performances and her drama appearances.

Last November, KBS 2TV‘s ‘Star Life Theater‘ featured Girls’ Generation, but the screen captures of a certain scene have only been getting attention online recently. In one part of the documentary, the members were filmed eating backstage in their dressing room. Fans focused on Jessica for her very unique way of holding chopsticks.

The singer held both chopsticks in between her third and ring finger, which is very unorthodox. Apparently, she was still able to eat quite efficiently despite the strange technique.

Netizens who saw the images wrote, “Didn’t notice it before, but that’s interesting,” “I don’t even think I could do that if I tried,” and “I’ve never seen anyone use chopsticks like that.
